Trusting God through difficult times.
Friends, so much is happening in our world—tragedies, turmoil, and questions without easy answers. But even in the uncertainty, one thing remains sure: we can trust God. When we don’t know the why, when we don’t see the how, when the next step feels hidden—still, we trust our Creator. He is not surprised. He is not shaken. He is faithful.
Today I’m choosing to rest in His Word:
-
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:4)
-
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)
-
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God…” (Romans 8:28)
-
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord… to give you an expected end.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
-
“No good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.” (Psalm 84:11)
-
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee… I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee.” (Isaiah 41:10)
-
If your heart is heavy, breathe this with me: Lord, I trust You. I trust Your timing. I trust Your character. I trust that Your presence is my peace and Your wisdom is my way forward. Your mercies are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.
We trust God when the phone call brings bad news. We trust God when doors close and we don’t yet see the open one. We trust God when people fail us, when resources feel thin, when answers seem delayed. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever—and He is with us.
Father, steady our hearts. Heal our losses. Order our steps. Give us grace to walk by faith and not by sight. Keep us in perfect peace as our minds stay on You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Leadership Isn’t About Being Understood, It’s About Leading With Love
Leadership is not always easy. It means accepting that not everyone will understand the vision God has placed in you or the process He has called you to walk through. Yet here is the truth: where you are right now, God has positioned you as the answer.
And yet—even as the answer—there will be times when you face rejection from those who cannot see what God has revealed. Do not be discouraged. Do not step back.
True leadership, under the authority and anointing of the Holy Ghost, is not about being accepted by all. It is about staying in your assignment—leading with love. That’s what sets Kingdom leaders apart. Lead with love in every decision, every correction, and every act of service. Then, let God handle the hearts of people.
📖 Scriptures to meditate on...
"And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins."
— 1 Peter 4:8 (KJV)
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
— Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
Be encouraged!
-
Stay faithful. Trust God’s plan even when others don’t see it.
-
Stay loving. Let love be your response, no matter the circumstance.
-
Stay focused. Keep your eyes on the assignment God has given you.
When you lead God’s way, the outcome is always in His hands. 💜
